Rishi Nigam

CEO

A self-described evangelist for the magic of short-term rentals, Rishi has led a diverse career in hospitality, holding leadership roles across organizations spanning early-stage startups to publicly-traded Fortune 500 enterprises. He’s built a deep reservoir of skills in management and leadership, finance and strategy, product development and operations, customer service, and human resources.

Rishi previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Urbain Hospitality Group and Senior Vice President of Global Corporate and Strategic Development at Wyndham Destinations, and held board and advisory roles with HouseStay, Love Home Swap, LeisureLink, and Veeve. Based in New York City, he’s always looking for ways to get away to places like Steamboat, Killington, and Big Sky.

Bob Milne

President and COO

Bob brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to the team, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Vacasa. He founded The Resort Company, a vacation rental firm specializing in premium properties across several Colorado ski resort towns, and later sold it to Wyndham Worldwide. Following the acquisition, he went on to lead the company as North American President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Bob served three terms on the board of the Vacation Rental Management Association.

Splitting his time between Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Cape Neddick, Maine, Bob champions high-performing teams and believes that organizational success starts with investing in people.

Kristen Taylor

VP, OPERATIONS

Kristen began her career at Vacasa as a Business Development Representative, where she built lasting relationships and gained a deep appreciation for the people who power the short-term rental industry. She later transitioned into Operations, leading with empathy, care, and a commitment to excellence, and for the past four years, she has served as Vice President of Operations for the western region of the United States. 

Throughout nearly 12 years at the company, Kristen has focused on developing strong teams, delivering genuine hospitality, and building high-performing, service-driven systems that create lasting value for guests, homeowners, and team members. She offers a broad, people-centered perspective with more than 20 years of industry experience spanning food and beverage operations, hotel sales, marketing, catering, and event sales and management.

Kristen Taylor

Nate Tomlinson

VP, Customer Experience

Nate brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling customer-centric organizations. Throughout 12 years at Vacasa, Nate held leadership roles across Field Operations and Customer Experience, where he helped design and expand adoption of service models that supported rapid growth while improving guest and owner satisfaction.

With a subject-matter expertise in product, technology, and operations, Nate is known for bridging systems and people to create seamless, high-quality experiences across complex and expansive businesses. He recently relocated to Salt Lake City after more than a decade in Portland, driven by his passion for mountain communities and the dynamic energy of ski destination hospitality.

Meghan Lutterman

VP, Community Association Services

Meghan has held executive roles at Vacasa for 11 years, most recently as Senior Director of Operations. Drawing on her legal background and hospitality industry experience, she built the company’s community association management business. Meghan believes that a well-maintained resort property that’s supported by a strong local team provides the ideal foundation for creating lasting memories. She is based in Carbondale, Colorado.

Matt Hope

VP, Revenue and Analytics

Matt leads pricing strategy, data analytics, and revenue optimization across the company’s portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience spanning analytics, finance, and business strategy, Matt specializes in using data-driven insights to drive growth and maximize performance in complex marketplaces.

Prior to joining First Chair, Matt spent four years at Vacasa where he held several leadership roles including Chief of Staff and Vice President of Revenue Management. He helped scale operations, improve market performance, and develop strategic initiatives across hundreds of vacation rental markets. Matt brings a deep passion for analytics, revenue strategy, and building scalable systems that help businesses intelligently grow.

David Carlson

General CounSEl

David brings extensive legal experience across the financial services, hospitality, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining First Chair, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of a New York financial services firm, corporate partner at a large New Jersey law firm, General Counsel of a Fortune 500 hospitality business unit, and Associate General Counsel of a pharmaceutical company. In each role, he’s built relationships with colleagues to better understand their businesses and develop practical solutions to complex challenges.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College, and graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law with High Honors. While in law school, he lived in the shadows of Wrigley Field and enjoyed many an afternoon within the friendly confines—even when the Mets weren’t playing.

Outside of the office, David serves as a Trustee of Pillar Care Continuum, a nonprofit supporting children and adults with disabilities and special needs. You’ll also find him at CrossFit (struggling but committed), on the tennis court, attending as many Bruce Springsteen concerts as he can, or cheering as a long-suffering fan of the Mets, Jets, and Tottenham Hotspur. David and his wife, a law professor at Seton Hall Law School, reside in Maplewood, NJ. They have three daughters and two rescue dogs.

Tim Koropsak

CFO

Tim brings more than 25 years of finance experience, and more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. He most recently spent four years as the Vice President and Head of Finance for a private healthcare software company. Tim places a strong emphasis on ensuring finance teams serve as true business partners across all departments in the company, and he is focused on bringing greater visibility, alignment, and efficiency to every area of the business.

Tim has a passion for numbers and holds a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute. He resides in northern New Jersey with his wife Erin, their two daughters, and two Boston terriers.

Clint McRae

VP, PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Clint is a seasoned People and Culture leader with more than 20 years of experience building high-performing teams and fostering engaged workplace cultures. He brings a wealth of expertise in global HR operations, talent strategy, and total rewards. Throughout his career, which includes leadership roles at Vacasa and Pfizer, Clint has been recognized for his ability to bridge systems and people, driving strategic change and scalable growth within the hospitality, banking, and pharmaceutical industries.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Clint is a Boise State University alum who has lived and worked across the country and in Europe. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid reader and foodie. As an outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys skiing, camping, and white water rafting throughout the Pacific Northwest. He’s often joined on his adventures by his two dogs: an Italian Spinone and a scruffy Supermutt.
